SCHEDULE OF ISC 69
Here is the flow for future ISC participants.
Information Sessions

ISC will hold several information sessions (tentatively from February to April) to introduce ISC and our 69th conference this year. Details will be updated soon on our social media.

Application Submissions
Everyone who wants to join ISC is required to submit an application form. There are two periods of participant recruitment, the first one for International Resident Participant (opening in February 2023) and the second one for Japanese Resident Participant (opening in March 2023).

Interview Proper
If you pass the application round, you will have an interview with the Table Chief of your chosen topic. Your result will be sent via email after the interview period.

Advanced Conference
The Advance Conference is a 2-day event when all the admitted participants and the ISC69th committee members meet for the first time, having academic discussions and cultural exchange activities. The 69th Advanced Conference will be held online on May 27th and 28th, from 16:00 JST on both days.

ISC69’s Main Conference will be held offline in Japan for 10 days, from August 19th to August 28th, 2023. During the Main Conference, each table will hold study sessions to discuss their selected table topic and conclude their final product in the form of a policy proposal or a business plan. Also, participants have the opportunities to experience Japanese culture through trips and study tours.
